We take the health and safety of our community very seriously and want to make you aware of the additional options available for continued education and service in regards to your financial planning.

Trusted financial information and guidance is more important than ever given the current circumstances. The loss of income, the closures of schools, and the availability of everyday products is just a few of the immediate challenges that we face. We want you to know that we stand shoulder to shoulder with you to help in any capacity we can. That’s why we have come up with the following options....

1. OFFICE MEETINGS: Our office will remain open for private consultations. We are following all of the recommendations from the CDC including having staff or clients stay home if they have any suspicion of either not feeling well or coming into contact with anyone who has suspicion of not feeling well. We also encourage anyone who has a compromised immune system or a history of respiratory issues to set up a virtual meeting. We will be limiting our meetings to one household at a time in our office and will sanitize ALL services (including pens) in between each meeting. Finally, out of an abundance of caution, we will be enforcing a no-contact policy during and after all meetings. At this time we feel confident that we can provide a safe and private environment for our guests.

2. VIRTUAL PHONE CONFERENCE & SCREEN SHARE: we believe that it is as important as ever to continue the process of reviewing your financial plan and making the necessary changes to protect your family’s retirement savings. We know that many of our clients may be intimidated by new screen share and virtual meeting technology, however it has become extremely simple to use. We would schedule the meeting and send you an email with a link to join the meeting. We would call you at the time of your meeting and then have you click on the link. This is a great alternative for families that prefer to stay at home.

3. WORKSHOPS: In order to keep important financial information available to the public we will be hosting small group workshops at CDC compliant locations. We have moved our workshop locations out of the universities and into local private meeting rooms. We will be sanitizing all surfaces including hand outs and pens prior to each meeting. We are limiting our attendance to 12 households and will have an individual table for each household with tables spaced out by a minimum of 6-8 feet. We will be suspending any food or drink service at this time. If you still do not feel comfortable with this option please consider the abbreviated webinar option.

4. WEBINARS: We are working very quickly to put together webinars with an abbreviated version of the content we teach at our live workshops. If this is something that you would prefer, we will keep you posted on the availability of these virtual events. For those of you who are not familiar with webinars, We would send you an email with a link that you would click on at the day and time of the event. There would be a 45 minute presentation and then 15 minutes of questions and answers. We look forward to making these events more available as soon as possible.

The health and safety of our staff, guests and community are our primary goal. We will continue to do everything in our power to follow best practices to ensure safe access to important financial information and guidance.

We thank you for your continued support and behalf of everyone at the AFI group and we look forward helping you during these challenging times.
